If you purchased or received a product directly from www.selkbag.co.uk and would like to return or exchange it within 14 days, we can issue you a refund. All Selk'bags must be returned unused, unwashed and be accompanied by the original hang tags, and must be made within 14 days of purchase. The condition of the product is left at the discretion of Selk'bag. After 14 days, we will not accept returns for any reason other than manufacturer defect.
Normal wear and tear or issues caused by owner misuse are not covered under the warranty. If you ordered your product directly from www.selkbag.co.uk and it arrived damaged, you must notify us immediately and return the goods unused and in the condition in which you received them.

If you purchased your product from a retail store or a website other than www.selkbag.co.uk, please go directly to the original place of purchase.
If You Received the Wrong Product
If you received the wrong product in your shipment, or are missing something from your order, please contact us direct at sales@selkbag.co.uk. To expedite a resolution, please indicate your web order number (it’s a seven digit number on the invoice you received with your order), as well as the item that was shipped in error or was missing from your order. We will process a replacement shipment and provide return instructions if applicable as soon as possible.
