We're sorry if you've experienced any issues with the condition of your Selk'bag products. Selk'bag UK warranties all of its products for a period of two years after date of sale against defects in workmanship or materials; accessories are not covered under warranty. All warranty claims must follow the guidelines as presented below. 

The Selk'bag Warranty covers:

• Defects in workmanship
• Material defects

The Selk'bag Warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from user misuse or abuse, including:
• Product used for purposes other than originally intended
• Product damage due to exposure to chemicals, fire, water or other foreign substances
• Issues caused by failure to care for the product (e.g. improper storage)
• Normal wear and tear
• Aesthetic damage to product, including scratches, discoloration or other non-function impairing changes
• Product that has been previously repaired
• Product that has been improperly fit
• Product damaged through accidents

Please note, if you have purchased directly from selkbag.co.uk within the last 14 days and would like to return or exchange your item, please refer to our return/exchange page.

If you purchased your Selk'bag from a retailer in the last 3 months, it is often easier to return it to the retailer, avoiding shipping charges/impact and the hassle of being without your Selk'bag. If you bought your Selk'bag directly from us, we’ll replace the product for you.
